At Fiero Jewellery, each piece is crafted with precision and intention. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service and Conditions.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or have permission from a legal guardian to make a purchase.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products & Craftsmanship

All items are made to order unless otherwise stated.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our work:

Each piece is unique
Exact replication is not guaranteed

We take care to ensure that all pieces meet our standards of structural integrity and finish.

3. Orders & Payment

Full payment is required before production begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing
Once an order has entered production, it cannot be modified or cancelled
All pricing is listed in your selected currency and may be subject to change without notice

4. Production Timelines

Estimated production times are provided upon order confirmation.

While we aim to meet all timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to design complexity or workload. In such cases, communication will be maintained.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.

After this period, or once work has started, cancellations are not possible.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines and responsibilities are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out in that policy, including responsibilities related to delivery, delays, and shipping information.

7. Refunds, Returns & Alterations

Fiero Jewellery operates on a made-to-order basis.

Refunds and exchanges are not offered on completed items. However, resizing, adjustments, and craftsmanship guarantees are available as outlined in our Refunds, Returns & Alterations Policy.

8. Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing information at the time of order.

We strongly recommend following our Sizing Guide before purchasing. Fiero Jewellery cannot be held responsible for incorrect sizes provided by the customer.
