Refunds, Returns & Alterations

Each Fiero piece is made to order. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on completed items.

That said, we are committed to the quality and longevity of our work and will support you with the following:

Alterations & Adjustments

• Ring resizing is available within a reasonable size range, depending on the design.

• Minor adjustments can be made where technically possible.

• Shipping costs for alterations are the responsibility of the customer, unless the adjustment is due to a manufacturing fault.

Stone Security & Craftsmanship Guarantee

We stand behind the structural integrity of our work.

• If a stone becomes loose or dislodged due to a manufacturing fault within 6 months of purchase, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost.

• This guarantee does not cover damage caused by impact, improper handling, or general wear over time.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or exchanges are not offered in the following cases:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect sizing or specifications provided at the time of order

• Damage resulting from wear and tear, accidents, or misuse

Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.

• Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
